About Dive deeper into Social Entrepreneurship

The project idea arose from the experiences gained in the process of implementation of capacity building project |Dive in Social Entrepreneurship" being realized by the applicant organization YAK, Macedonia. The project "Dive in Social Entrepreneurship" connected most of the partners involved in this project proposal - Greece, South Africa, Bulgaria, Romania, Turkey, Costa Rica. In the process of preparation of new project proposal we realized that it is important to continue the process of cooperation to really create networks and links that can be used to transfer practices and achieve sustainable change. In the process of preparation, the consortium decided to increase the level of action by including new partner organizations from Portugal and Peru. Main reason was fact that these partners contacted us with interest to become part of future projects because they found the project "Dive in Social Entrepreneurship" to be inspiring one for their future youth activities.

The project "Dive in Social Entrepreneurship" brought valuable experiences related to project management of capacity building project under Key Action 2, sharing and dividing tasks among the partners, ensuring project visibility, communication with partners representing several parts of world, communication with EACEA. The lessons learned were transferred into this application, especially, into dissemination part and to the part focus on co-funding.

The key aim of the project is to provide a way for active development of human capital, practical encouragement of social entrepreneurial activities and establishment of effective pathways to youth employment in strategic cooperation with different stakeholders.
