DIVE 3: Zero to One > 1 to N

“DIVE 3: Zero to One > 1 to N” is a capacity building project funded by the European Union under the Erasmus + program, Capacity building in the field of youth, implemented in a period of 12 months, including partners coming from North Macedonia, Romania, Peru, South Africa, Costa Rica, Portugal, Italy, Slovenia, Bulgaria, Poland, Nicaragua and Greece. The third edition of the cycles of the “DIVE projects” (“DIVE 3: Zero to One > 1 to N”), about social entrepreneurship, that Youth Alliance – Krusevo implemented, after “Dive into Social entrepreneurship” and “Dive deeper into Social entrepreneurship”, represent a step forward by connecting the concept of social entrepreneurship with the “Zero Poverty, Zero Unemployment, Zero Carbon Emissions” formula.

Metodija Stojceski Coordinator of the project Metodija has been coordinator of many projects with impact at local, national and international level. As a president and executive director of the organization, he will be responsible for the project management by putting in the service all his knowledge and experience. Metodija was project coordinator of three Erasmus plus projects “Dive in Social Entrepreneurship”, “Dive deeper into social entrepreneurship” and “Dive 3: Zero to One > 1 to N” and based on this experience he will be responsible for the financial management of the project. He is member of the advisory board of RYCO and initiator of the bilateral initiative for “Youth Cooperation Offices” between North Macedonia and Greece.

Biljana Markoska Project assistant Biljana as a program coordinator of the “Youth Employment and Entrepreneurship” program will be person responsible for the project program. She will incorporate all her experience and knowledge gained with the “Dive in Social Entrepreneurship”, “Dive deeper into social entrepreneurship” and “Dive 3: Zero to One > 1 to N”, “ENTER Social Entrepreneurship”, “Straightened Social Entrepreneurship Networks” and “New Innovative Entrepreneurs”. Moreover, she is author of numerous guidelines for the young people as: “Guide for young people with business ideas for positive social changes”; “Guideline for co-funding and lobbying” and “Recipes for work with people”. From 2017 she is member of the group for creation the National Strategy for Social Entrepreneurship (2020-2025).

Ilona Olehlova Member of the training team ProjectIlona Olehlova is having strong experience as a trainer, project consultancy, youth work. Her specific areas of interest and work are creativity, youth employment and entrepreneurship, project management and recognition of youth work. She is having extensive experience in working with: young people (16 - 30), youth workers, leaders and early-stage young social entrepreneurs. Her comprehensive experience in training development program as well as in lobbying and advocacy will be base for development of training programs for the project activities.

Anelija Mitrova Logistical assistant Visionary and resourceful individual with specialty expertise to conduct youth activities based on the project experience: coordinator in national youth projects “Switch on: Participation mode”; “Youth Friendly City”; “Youth Friendly Communities: Loading”; member of the training team of educative caravan “e-ENGAGEMENT”, national coordinator at “ALO: Ask the Locals”, “In RETROSPECT” and “OUTCAST Europe”. Finally Anelija is an experienced senior trainer who has conducted more than 20 activities for young people particularly in the topic of Social Entrepreneurship
